Extensive wheel bearing tool set and many other pullers
For regular work in the area of installation and removal of wheel hub and wheel bearings in your workshop, a wheel bearing tool set such as this with 19 parts should not be missing.
This special tool is the perfect tool when changing the wheel bearings on your vehicle. Thanks to the ball-bearing professional spindle, you can disassemble and mount fixed wheel bearings and wheel hubs quickly and easily. The pressure spindle of this tool is milled from a whole piece and thus withstands even heavy loads without any problems.
Due to the fact that this tool has been completely developed for use on the vehicle, the otherwise usual removal of the suspension struts is no longer necessary to install and remove the wheel bearings on a hydraulic press. Save yourself time and nerves by applying directly to the vehicle.
CCLIFE 19-piece universal wheel bearing tool
From the whole milled spindle with ball bearings for easier working. Time savings by changing directly on the vehicle. Universally suitable for most vehicles. With accessories for even more vehicles. Developed for hard daily use in the car workshop
Wheel hub removal
Make sure whether the vehicle has a fixed or a floating rotor. Before you push out the closed bearing with the wheel bearing tool kit, you need to remove the wheel hub. Use the included threaded bolts (3 x M12, 3 x M14) to remove the wheel hub
Disassembly of old wheel bearings
Squeeze out old wheel bearing with the matching sleeves and spindle, observe the alignment. Mount the tool components as shown "A". (Pressure piece should always be larger in the inner diameter than the wheel bearing in the outer diameter) Lightly lubricate the new bearing and position it with the tool for installation
Assembly of the new wheel bearings
Thoroughly clean the seat of the wheel bearing, push the bearing into the spindle until the stop. Press the new wheel bearing with the help of the old wheel bearing and the matching sleeves, insert the snap ring with the retaining ring pliers, attach the wheel hub and retract with the spindle. Please note: The bearing mounted must be mounted with the flat side to the bearing and the small guide diameter on the side facing away from the bearing to avoid damage to the new wheel bearing.
