Special tool set for professional and quick assembly and disassembly of wheel bearings. This tool has been developed completely for use on the vehicle, no need to remove the spring legs to install and remove the wheel algs. Save yourself time and nerves by using it directly on the vehicle. Fits most wheel bearings.

Bearing disassembly: Determine the correct push bell (6) that sits from the bearing housing and the correct drive (3) to drive the bearing out of the housing. Assemble it as shown in the picture above by using the adaptor plate for the bell (7) Keep the hub screw and nut well lubricated while you squeeze out the bearing.

Bearing mounting: Determine the correct deployment bell adapter plate (7) that sits from the bearing housing and the correct bearing pressure plate (3) to drive the new bearing into the housing. Assemble it as the picture shown below. Keep the expression spindle and spindle nut well lubricated while driving the new bearing into the housing.

Operation:
Determine if the vehicle has a trapped or floating rotor. Mount the tool components and drive out the worn bearing. Lubricate the new bearing, expression spindle and spindle nut lightly. Position the new bearing with assembled tool components for installation. Attention: The bearing installer must be mounted in such a way that the flat side is in the direction of the bearing and the guide with a small diameter on the opposite side of the bearing. Press the bearing into the spindle unit until it stops. Mount the remaining vehicle components.
